At Ink and Paperie, it is our aim to offer you a simple and secure shopping experience.
We also strive to keep shipping as cheap and fuss-free as possible.

Ink and Paperie accepts the following payment options:
1. Internet Banking / ATM Transfers / Cash Deposit
2. Credit Cards: Visa / MasterCard / American Express
4. NEW: Instant bank transfer via PayNow, to mobile number “98574391”
I can’t find the login button. Do I have to create an account to start shopping?
We have made shopping at Ink and Paperie fast and seamless. No account creation is required (yay!). Simply add your orders to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout once you are ready.
Do you offer free delivery?
For orders S$30 & above, we are pleased to offer free trackable doorstep delivery.
For orders below $30, enjoy a flat promo rate of only $2.80! (usual: $3.80)
Ink and Paperie uses SingPost SmartPac as the default mode of delivery for all our customers.

Parcel will be deposited into your letterbox if no one is available to receive it during the first delivery attempt to doorstep. If the letterbox is too small and/or full, the postman will issue a delivery advice into your letterbox. You can arrange for a re-delivery or collect the SmartPac at the Post Office indicated on the advice within ten (10) working days from the date of the first delivery advice.

When will I receive my purchase?
We strive to mail out your order within 1-2 days. SingPost commits to deliver your SmartPac parcel within the next 2 – 3 working days upon mailing out. It will take 3 – 4 working days for SingPost to deliver during peak season from Oct to Dec. Delays can occur during delivery and these are beyond our control.
In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, do email us a photo of the defect(s) within 7 days from the shipping date. If the claim is valid, we will swiftly arrange to collect the product from you and send you a replacement.
