1. Ink and Paperie “STAR WARS FAN ART CONTEST” is opened to all residents of Singapore except employees of Pisteuo Media Pte Ltd (“Pisteuo Media / Ink and Paperie”), their immediate families and affiliates.
  1. Submitting an entry automatically means you are agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions.
  1. In order to win, contest entrant must fulfill all the contest requirements:
  1. Closing date for this contest is on Friday, 8 January 2016. After this date, no further entries will be permitted.
  1. There will be one winner for prize: Limited Edition Moleskine x Star Wars Notebook (worth: $41)
  1. Winner will be picked based on the most number of Facebook LIKES on his/her entry post.
  1. Winner will be announced on Ink and Paperie’s Facebook page by 13 January 2016.
  1. Ink and Paperie will get in touch with the winner through Facebook message. Winner should provide his/her name, contact number and address. All information gathered will be used to verify the winner’s eligibility and will remain private with Ink and Paperie.
  1. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within eight (8) working days, the prize or prize notification will be invalid and the winner forfeits all rights to any prize. All decisions of Ink and Paperie are final and binding in all respects.
  1. It is the absolute discretion of Ink and Paperie to vary or amend the promotion or replace the prizes with that of the same value and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to Ink and Paperie as a result thereof. All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  1. All entries submitted will be documented and may be used for promotional purposes. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with Singapore’s protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
